Agile Transformation at Scale: A Tertiary Study

Abstract Due to the fast-paced nature of software industry and success small agile projects, researchers practitioners are interested in scaling processes larger projects. Agile development (ASD) has been growing popularity for over two decades. With small-scale transformation, organizations started focus on agile. There is a scarcity literature this field making it harder find plausible evidence identify science behind large scale transformation. The objective paper present better understanding current state research scaled transformation explore gaps. This tertiary study identifies seven relevant peer reviewed studies reports findings future avenues.
